Job summary

Ovation by Avamere in Washington, UT is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time, on-site role. You will maintain a clean, safe environment for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, while following infection control and safety policies. The schedule is Monday–Friday, supporting a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Experience with various cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate with staff and follow instructions.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges in resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, floors, and carpets as instructed.
• Dispose of waste and ensure areas are tidy and safe.
• Coordinate routine isolation cleaning procedures after residents leave isolation rooms.
