Job summary

Park Place, a 154 assisted living community in Seattle, WA, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper. This role maintains the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of resident apartments, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in senior living or similar setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with residents, visitors, and team members.
• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including lounges, dining areas, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other shared spaces.
• Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry and linens.
• Safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and events.
• Maintain courteous, professional demeanor with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff.
