Park Place, a 154-assisted living community in Seattle, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper. This role maintains cleanliness, safety, and the overall appearance of resident apartments, common areas, offices, and other spaces to support daily operations and create a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and able to work efficiently both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, offices, and other spaces.
• Follow cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain a sanitary, welcoming environment.
• Respect residents' privacy and belongings during cleaning duties.
• Maintain organization and stock of linens and supplies; report shortages.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
