Job summary

MBK Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean and inviting resident apartments and common areas. You will follow community guidelines and report to the Executive Director/Housekeeping leadership, with Sundays PRN as a typical shift.

The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement plans. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Compassion for the elderly and ability to interact effectively with people of different ages and needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background clearances and health screening with TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and work spaces per guidelines to a high standard.
• Perform housekeeping duties with focus on sanitary surfaces, floors and fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and proper storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist in resident-centered services and maintain professional image.
