Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean resident apartments and public areas in accordance with community guidelines and policies. The role reports to the Executive Director or designee, with emphasis on exceptional customer service and a safe, welcoming environment.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday with flexible hours. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a detailed benefits package available to eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitation of resident apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Dust, fluff, and straighten furniture to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Monitor and post safety signs, manage waste and supplies.
• Keep work areas attractive, safe, and hazard-free.
• Present a professional image to residents and support marketing efforts.
