Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in apartment homes, common areas, and laundry spaces within our senior living community.

The role emphasizes safe cleaning practices, teamwork, and a respectful, patient approach to residents. On-site work with full-time hours and opportunities to advance within a large senior living organization are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Must be physically able to perform duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop floors, vacuum carpets, and tidy spaces.
• Sanitize and polish lavatories, showers, sinks and fixtures.
• Restock dispensers and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Report repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Adhere to safety and fire code requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
