Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning with a schedule across resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces; rotate runners as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms, sinks, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Dust and sanitize furniture, lamps, glass, and wood surfaces.
• Collect trash and manage community laundry per procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, and safe storage of chemicals.
• Follow safety, infection control, and community policies; report issues.
