Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness throughout our senior living communities in California. You will perform daily to monthly cleaning tasks across apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices, ensuring a sanitary and inviting environment for residents.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing fixtures, managing laundry, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in residents' primary language.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Weekend AM shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices according to schedule.
• Sweep, dust, mop floors, vacuum rugs, and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Sanitize and polish fixtures; replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain laundry areas and laundry equipment.
• Ensure safety by storing chemicals properly and keeping exits clear.
• Report repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
