Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our senior living communities in California. You will perform cleaning duties in apartment homes, common areas and offices, ensuring a Sanitary and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining laundry operations, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties as scheduled in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, and vacuums floors and stairways; keeps areas tidy.
• Cleans and sanitizes lavatories, showers and sinks; restocks dispensers.
• Scrubs tiles, woodwork and window frames; maintains clean fixtures.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in orderly condition.
• Clears trash from work areas and transports to designated pickup points.
• Responsible for cleaning and redistributing community laundry.
• Maintains commercial laundry in clean and sanitary condition.
• Ensures chemicals are stored safely and locked when not in use.
• Keeps cords and equipment out of hazards; adheres to fire codes.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
