Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Provide housekeeping for common areas and apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways, dining room, hallways, and patios.
• Clean/defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, and turn mattresses with assistance.
• Launder linens and follow Company sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist in dining room service: greet residents, take orders, serve meals, and clear tables.
