Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our SANTIANNA senior living community in Carlsbad, CA. This full-time daytime role cleans resident apartments, public areas, and handles community laundry while delivering friendly, compassionate service to residents and families.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture. Candidates should have prior housekeeping experience, be at least 18, and pass background and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
