Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking friendly Housekeepers to keep resident apartments and common areas clean and comfortable. You will dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, and assist with laundry while respecting residents' privacy and preferences.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks on time.
• Respectful, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents of different personalities.
• Commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Clean resident apartments and common areas to keep spaces comfortable and welcoming.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy and personal space while delivering services.
• Maintain inviting lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available.
• Care for carpets and floors through vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards when using cleaning products and equipment.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner and report concerns to leadership.
• Assist with community safety procedures when needed and respond to emergencies.
• Complete required training and follow company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Take pride in your work and help create a fresh, safe environment daily.
