Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking dependable Housekeepers to join our community. Our team members do more than clean; they help residents feel at home in a welcoming environment.

You will care for apartments and common areas, provide laundry and linen services, and support a safe, respectful atmosphere. We value detail-oriented individuals who work efficiently, respect privacy, and communicate well with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and complete other routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy, belongings, preferences, and personal space while providing services.
• Maintain clean and inviting common areas, including the lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
• Care for carpets and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and other floor-care tasks.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment while following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful way and communicate concerns to the appropriate community leader.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist with community safety procedures when needed.
• Complete required training and follow all company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Take pride in your work and help create an environment that feels fresh, safe, and inviting every day.
