Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper for its senior living communities in California. The role involves cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and laundry, while maintaining a safe environment and supporting a respectful, caring atmosphere for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping experience, be at least 18, and demonstrate a desire to assist the elderly. A background check and health screenings are required, with adherence to safety and PPE

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
