Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper for our Oakland, CA community. The role involves cleaning resident apartments, public and work areas, and handling resident laundry in a friendly, caring environment. It requires a willingness to work with seniors and to uphold our safety standards.

Competenze

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, and residents.

Mansioni

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public/common/work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
