Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry duties with a friendly, courteous approach aligned to our mission and values.

Ideal candidates will have a desire to serve the elderly, possess clear communication skills, and pass background checks and health screenings. This on-site role offers stable hours and a team-focused work environment within our California communities.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
