Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and mop common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: Wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling, keep waste areas clean.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow protocols to keep environment clean and safe.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
