The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with strong attention to detail and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and safety protocols.
