The Gardens of Roseboro is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility for residents. You will perform cleaning tasks, assist with laundry, and manage waste while following safety procedures to maintain a comfortable, hygienic environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring that waste areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with maintaining and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
