Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture and blinds.
• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, stock paper goods and soap.
• Check for and remove marks from walls.
• Report hazards or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with residents and families.
