Arbor Hills seeks compassionate Housekeeping Assistants to maintain clean, safe spaces for residents. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, window washing, carpet shampooing, and furniture arrangement.

The role supports a caring senior living environment and interacts with staff and residents to ensure high standards of cleanliness. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus about 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general equivalency is preferred
• 1 year of experience is preferred
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with different levels of staff, patient families and any outside customer
• The employee must routinely lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Basic Computer Skills

Responsibilities

• Sweep and Mop floors
• Dust
• Wash windows
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets
• Arrange furniture
• Generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and hardware
• Other duties as assigned, including laundry
