Atria Senior Living - Chandler Villas in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents and staff. You will clean apartments, common areas, and amenities according to assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties including laundering, changing beds, cleaning restrooms, and stocking supplies.
• Wash windows and maintain common areas as requested.
• Move and stock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly.
