The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

• 1+ year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and textiles as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents' privacy while cleaning living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
