Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming resident apartments and public areas. You will follow policy guidelines, ensure safety, and assist with laundry while engaging with residents in a friendly, professional manner.

Work Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with pay determined by experience. The role emphasizes high standards of cleanliness and customer service within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassion for the elderly and ability to interact with people of different ages and well-being levels.
• Ability to work in a resident-centered environment with exposure to odors, waste, and potential hazards.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to follow directions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Positive, professional image in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties in resident apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Maintain safety by posting and removing caution signs and managing waste.
• Store supplies securely and follow SDS guidelines for chemicals.
• Keep work areas attractive, safe, and hazard-free; report needs to supervisors.
• Greet residents warmly and provide courteous service; assist with laundry as scheduled.
• Follow regulatory requirements and MBK policies; collaborate across departments.
