Job summary

Ivy Park at Livermore, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Housekeeper for Sundays through Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role includes cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and handling laundry with attention to safety and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
