Job summary

The Residence at Bethel Park is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean common areas and resident rooms in a senior living community. You will follow policies, assist residents when needed, and contribute to a warm, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, stocking supplies, and reporting safety concerns. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, and the role requires the ability to lift 40 pounds and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Read, speak, and write in English.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; physical stamina for long shifts.
• Some experience in hospitality or senior living is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standards and procedures for cleaning.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and maintain cart and storage areas securely.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to support residents and colleagues.
