Job summary

The Residence at Bethel Park is seeking a Server to join our dining team. The Server will provide meal service to our senior residents, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience in a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, assisting with dining room setup, and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to dietary standards and safety procedures. A High School Diploma or GED and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to read, write and speak English; communicate with residents and staff.
• Willingness to follow directions and adapt to a dining room environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room to residents.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Assist with set-ups, bus tables, and tray delivery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service.
