Cogir Senior Living in the United States seeks a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while following established schedules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include disinfecting bathrooms, laundering linens, and engaging with residents in a friendly, respectful manner. A high school diploma and at least one year of housekeeping experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping in senior living, healthcare, or hotels.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good time management and organization.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and safety precautions.
• Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs changes to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
