Atria Senior Living in Grapevine is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents across apartments and common areas. You will perform cleaning tasks, laundry duties, and restock supplies while delivering respectful service in a healthcare-adjacent setting.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers/dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by cleaning apartments, interiors, common areas and amenities.
• Clean public areas and resident apartments (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, furniture).
• Perform laundry duties (washing/drying, folding, linens, changing bed linens).
• Keep laundry areas and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; stock cart.
