Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Housekeeper to perform day-to-day housekeeping duties in a care facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in line with applicable regulations. The role reports to the Administrator/Director of Environmental Services and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Primary responsibilities include following schedules, coordinating with nursing staff, and maintaining sanitation of fixtures and floors while handling chemicals safely and respectfully around

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and solutions.
• Must be willing to work harmoniously with other personnel and residents.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily work/cleaning schedules and coordinate with nursing services as needed.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain fixtures, floors, and residential areas to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and cleaning agents.
