Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a leader to head clinical services in an assisted living and memory care community. The role oversees resident health management, individualized care planning, and medication practices, partnering with the Branch Director to deliver high-quality support and safety.

You will coach care staff on clinical best practices, build strong relationships with residents and families, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards to maintain quality of life.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare or senior living settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and care planning capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of medication practices and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage staff coaching and uphold a high standard of resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident health services, care planning, and medication administration practices.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in residents’ health needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and clinical standards.
• Partner with internal teams to support resident safety and quality of life.
