Job summary
Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Director of Health and Wellness to lead the health services for our Assisted Living residents. You will direct the clinical team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage the clinical budget, and partner with families to align on care plans.
A nursing license and CEU maintenance are required, along with strong leadership and EMR experience. You will drive quality of care, supervise staff, and ensure timely assessments and care plans while maintaining a
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN/LVN required.
- Must maintain CEU and state requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple high-level tasks (scheduling, conferences, communication).
- Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Directly oversee delivery of care for Assisted Living residents to meet emotional, physical, and safety needs.
- Coordinate care conferences with families and residents, liaising with staff.
- Manage labor costs, supplies, and line items in the clinical budget.
- Ensure regulatory timeframes for assessments and care plans are met.
