Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management Cary, North Carolina seeks an experienced Health Center Server to support dining services for residents. You will deliver and plate meals, assist with room service, and ensure dietary accuracy, while assisting the dietary and nursing teams as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, replenishing serving items, maintaining documentation, and upholding HIPAA guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a food service operation, preferably healthcare.
• Completion of a state-approved food safety course is preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient menu selections.
• Deliver and retrieve room service trays from residents’ rooms at assigned times.
• Ensure proper set up of dining tables with utensils, chinaware, and glassware.
• Refill sugar, salt, pepper, and butter dishes on all tables.
• Assist with meal service to residents and guests; document diets and allergies accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness by resetting tables, sweeping floors, and stocking beverages.
• Coordinate with Dietary Manager and Nursing team on menu alternatives for allergies.
• Maintain teamwork and communicate effectively with staff.
• May assist with event setup and training sessions; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
