Oakmont Management Group seeks a Sales and Marketing Director for Ivy Park at San Ramon to lead occupancy strategy and marketing initiatives. You will generate and manage inquiries, guide residents through moves, and collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to execute a strategic plan.

You will build partnerships, plan events, and drive budgeted occupancy targets while overseeing a team and ensuring excellent community relations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years marketing or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligent follow-up with prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and families via calls and tours.
• Ideate strategies to increase occupancy and hit targeted goals.
• Collaborate with team to plan events drawing prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with local organizations and professional groups.
