Qualifications

• Two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience developing marketing tactics to meet lead goals.

Responsibilities

• Interact with leads through multiple channels and convert to residents.
• Manage sales tracking reports and CRM updates for leadership.
• Execute the Sales Playbook to achieve occupancy and net revenue targets.
• Plan and lead local sales events and referral development meetings.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and marketing on tactics.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors to adjust strategy.
