Job summary

Tabor Hills Senior Living Campus is seeking a part-time PRN Receptionist for the Skilled Nursing Building in Naperville, IL. The role covers front desk duties, answering calls, directing visitors, and coordinating mail and deliveries.

Starting rate is 15.25 per hour with potential for short-notice coverage between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Illinois paid leave applies to all workers, and the pre-employment process includes a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist or patient/customer service in healthcare is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Open/close procedures.
• Assist visitors and families with information about facility directions and amenities.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain alarm and safety protocols.
• Sort and distribute mail and manage deliveries at the front desk.
• Prepare postage and assist with light typing and mail duties.
• Coordinate dining/reservations and resident communications.
• Assist with maintenance requests and supply orders.
