Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct guests in accordance with property procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and access-control systems, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while providing courteous assistance in a residential senior housing environment.
