• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor entry areas, alarms, cameras, and other systems and report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site personnel and emergency responders.
