Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD, is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness across the community. You will clean areas, set up rooms for events, and handle trash removal, with no travel required and a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include operating carpet and hard floor care equipment, following safety procedures, and assisting with moving heavy objects.

Formación

• Experience with carpet care and floor finishing preferred.
• Ability to operate carpet/hard floor care equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• May require a valid driver’s license for job duties.
• Clean driving history if driving is involved.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling per procedures.
• Use work orders to set up rooms/furniture for events.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces, carpets, and related cleaning tasks.
• Arrange furniture in common spaces and residential areas.
• Remove trash and operate compactors/trucks if driving.
