Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking a full-time EVS Tech 2 Floor Technician/Houseman to perform floor care and cleaning throughout the senior living community in Lake Ridge, VA. The role includes Monday–Friday shifts with some weekend rotation for day shift, hours from early morning to afternoon.

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of floor care experience in a long-term care setting.
• Good verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Clean all surfaces and assigned areas daily and move furniture as needed.
• Assist with activity room setup and snow removal.
• Perform terminal cleans on discharge or transfer cases and report issues to supervisor.
