Job summary

Brandon Wilde in Evans, GA, is hiring for EVS Floor Technician and EVS Housekeeping Associate. Roles include floor care and porter duties at a Life Plan Community focused on enriching residents’ lives. Pay is up to $14.00/hour with flexible schedules for part-time and full-time positions.

Two positions exist: Floor Tech (PT) and Housekeeping (FT), with different shifts and weekend availability. Medical benefits, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing.
• Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices.
