Providence Place at Ingleside is a senior living community in Holyoke, MA seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the maintenance and groundskeeping teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience in general facility maintenance.
• Supervisory experience required; ability to manage a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of maintenance and groundskeeping staff and ensures adequate coverage.
• Plans and coordinates resources with the Director to provide quality maintenance services.
• Acts as a role model for HEAL; delivers high levels of customer service.
• Performs hands-on maintenance tasks in plumbing, mechanical, electrical and utilities.
• Recruits, orients, trains and evaluates staff; handles disciplinary actions when needed.
• Manages work orders, schedules and priorities; reports on progress to the Director.
