Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of general facility maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the facilities, managing maintenance and groundskeeping personnel.
• Communicates and reports to the Director on a regular basis.
• Plans and coordinates resources to provide quality maintenance services.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems; handles routine troubleshooting.
• Schedules staff and work orders to ensure timely completion and safety.
