Covenant Living is seeking a Floor and Custodial Technician to perform cleaning, floor maintenance, and light repairs across the campus. The role supports residents and staff by keeping facilities in good condition and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, linen handling, and inventory tasks, with an emphasis on reliability and following established procedures. Prior maintenance or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping and/or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple floor surfaces and cleaning safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Dependability, organization, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and custodial cleaning as scheduled.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, waxing, and equipment use.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report repairs.
• Participate in linen program and guest room preparation.
• Receive and stock campus supplies and ensure areas are stocked.
