Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Celebration Village Forsyth to maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems across the property. You will respond to resident service requests, supervise contractors, and keep accurate equipment records while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Flexibility in hours and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in facilities.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Successful criminal background check and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities and grounds, and parking areas.
• Respond promptly to requests for services by residents, associates, and management.
• Monitor outside contractors to ensure compliance with lease agreements, service contracts, and warranties.
• Maintain accurate records including equipment serial numbers.
• Implement ongoing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
• Maintain emergency procedures and equipment for resident and staff safety.
• Keep the work environment clean and free of hazards.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies for productivity.
• Assist in apartment turnover duties and building upkeep.
