Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related environments preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass TB test.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of community facilities and systems.
