Job summary

Oakmont of Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, and direct the maintenance and housekeeping operations of the community. You will oversee the maintenance and housekeeping departments to keep the property safe, clean, and comfortable per policies.

Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work, plus daily site inspections and prioritizing tasks to ensure tour-readiness and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years in building/maintenance or housekeeping experience in electrical, plumbing, and structural areas.
• Ability to supervise employees and manage maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mechanical ability to work on equipment such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, and basic plumbing.
• Handle electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Inspect grounds daily and address safety and tour-readiness issues.
