Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, drive occupancy, ensure resident and staff satisfaction, and maintain strong community relations.

You will lead recruitment, training, budgeting, month-end reporting, and regulatory compliance, while promoting profitability and adherence to company policies. A Bachelor's degree and Assisted Living Administrator license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in MO and other states.
• 7+ years in senior living or multifamily with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and maximize occupancy.
• Foster positive resident, family, and employee relations and respond to needs.
• Lead marketing, sales efforts, and direct monitoring to drive occupancy.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff across departments.
• Ensure profitability by meeting budget and census targets and perform month-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and Fair Housing rules.
