As primary leader, you will manage budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, marketing, and community relations, building a culture of teamwork and resident-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of licensed professionals, ensuring adequate staffing levels and developing talent to support the community's goals.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience and improve overall care.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
• Communication: Facilitate open and effective communication among all departments, ensuring that resident needs are met and exceeded.
