The role calls for strategic budgeting, staff development, family education, and ongoing program quality improvements to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.
• Proven experience in senior care leadership or related healthcare management roles.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the assisted living team and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff training and development to enhance competency and engagement.
• Maintain, renew and monitor LALD license and regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents and families about services and community benefits; conduct monthly meetings.
• Monitor residency and address changes in care needs; manage budget variances and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to improve quality of life.
